Delete your account and data

Option 1: in the app (immediate)
- Open the The Rankers Academy app and sign in.
- Tap the Profile tab, then the Settings (gear) icon.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
Option 2: without the app
Send an email to therankersacademyngp@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account", or call +91 8329100890. Please include:
- the student's full name;
- the registered mobile number;
- whether you are the student or the parent or guardian.
We confirm the request with the registered mobile number before deleting anything, and we finish within 30 days. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a child's account.
Delete only some data
To keep your account but remove specific data, such as doubts, AI tutor chats, chat messages or voice notes, email or call us in the same way and tell us what to remove.
What is deleted
- Your name, mobile number, email, profile photo and login (PIN, password, Google link).
- Tests, answers, scores, practice, homework, doubts, AI tutor conversations, study plans, streaks and badges.
- Notifications and preferences. Your private conversations are removed, and your messages in group chats are replaced with "[message deleted]".
What is kept, and for how long
- Fee receipts, payment records and attendance registers. These are kept without your name or mobile number, only for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, and then deleted.
- Security audit logs of staff actions, kept to protect the service.
